Kenzie's knowledge and responsiveness to all our questions was fantastic. She did a great job of chasing down some potentially complex items, including ones having to do with the inspection report. She took the initiative and came up with well though out solutions that worked for us and the seller. She's very trustworthy and a pleasure to work with. She's definitely one of the best real estate agents we've worked with over the last 30 years.

Kenzie was wonderful in helping me sell my home. Her knowledge and experience in real estate helped me target the items in my home that needed the most care to get the most from it, and she was very realistic when it came to managing expectations through the process. In moments of stress she can keep you calm and she is quick with solution seeking. You can tell she enjoys her work, and she is continuously expanding her knowledge to better serve her clients. Kenzie is fantastic!!! When we bought our home on Camano Island she went above and beyond at every turn. For every question we had, she provided or got us an immediate answer. She got to know us and exactly what we were looking for in our next home. We got all we wanted and more. If I were buying or selling a home, I would refuse to work with anyone other than Kenzie.
