Stanwood, Wa and Camano Island, WA are two small neighboring towns separated by bridge an hour North of Seattle. The area has seen enormous growth in the last decade totaling 17,689 residents on Camano Island, WA and 7,507 residents in Stanwood, WA. The Stan/Cam area is populated by a unique group of people who are well connected, helpful and overly kind. Known for the Arts, untouched beaches, crabbing, clamming, whale watching, views of neighboring Islands and Mountain ranges, Camano Island attracts tourists nationwide.

In moving to Camano Island, WA from Seattle’s Eastside, Managing Broker, Kenzie Kipper, found this location to be extremely rewarding. “Everyone is so friendly and willing to help! We visit over 7 beaches within 10 minutes of our house!” Well off the beaten path, the Island’s natural beauty and slow-paced environment offer a relaxing outlet.

Upon moving to the area, Kenzie Kipper immediately noticed the overwhelming support of her community. She promptly volunteered her time to aid and assist the Stanwood/Camano area. From yearly coat drives, Kon Mari decluttering events, to children’s dance parties, she finds every opportunity to become a catalyst for others to obtain a more enriched and rewarding lifestyle.

Recognized by her community, Kenzie was awarded the Best of 2016-Real Estate Agents Award and 2017-Small Business Excellence Award. She is heavily involved in the Stanwood & Camano area and provides so many necessary ways for the community to connect and share resources. Kenzie is a second-generation real estate broker. She has personally been selling homes in Washington since graduating at the University of Washington in 2005. Kenzie sells homes in Island County (Camano Island and Whidbey Island), Snohomish County (Stanwood, Arlington) and Skagit County (Anacortes, La Conner).
