2014 Decade in Review: Stanwood & Camano Island, WA

With the real estate market finally seeing some impressive price increases, home buyers and sellers often ask me where we are with prices. I love to tell people everything I know, but I find it is far more useful to present facts. I have prepared a decade in review to show where prices have been and where they are now in Stanwood, WA and Camano Island, WA.

Most sellers are not aware their home is worth far more than they think. As the data shows, the amount of active listings in the area are at an all time low, leaving the supply and demand off balance. Due to this and increased buyer confidence in the market, prices are inching up and have reached the 2006 year level of a median sales price of $275,000.
