2018 Q3 Market Insider: Stanwood & Camano Island, WA

In the 3rd quarter of 2018, there were a total of 135 residential sales in Stanwood, WA and 133 total sales in Camano Island, WA. Stanwood, WA home sales ranged from $185,000 to $945,000 with a median price point of $443,000. Camano Island, WA home sales ranged from $123,000 to $1,475,000 with a median price of $439,000.

The third quarter of 2018 was another Seller’s market. Stanwood WA’s Median Price went up 5% while Camano Island’s Median Price went up 23%! Minimum prices were also elevated, with Stanwood increasing entry prices by 17% and Camano Island’s minimum price increasing 33%!! There is still low inventory, low days on market, and a very active market.
