Wednesday Market Updates

I began updating my Facebook visitors a couple of weeks ago with market statistics. I will be doing this every Wednesday so we can keep an eye on the market activity together! Watching new, Pending and Sold listings can help paint a picture for those wanting to know “how the market is doing”.

I will be adding a link to the new listings for the week, and am open to additional ideas to ensure you find value in it!

Kenzie's knowledge and responsiveness to all our questions was fantastic. She did a great job of chasing down some potentially complex items, including ones having to do with the inspection report. She took the initiative and came up with well though out solutions that worked for us and the seller. She's very trustworthy and a pleasure to work with.
