In the 4th quarter of 2021, there were a total of 150 residential sales in Stanwood, WA (down from 174 in Q3) and 109 total sales in Camano Island, WA (down from 144 in Q3).
Stanwood, WA home sales ranged from $287,000 (down from $310,000 in Q3, up from $280,000 in Q2 and $214,0000 in Q1) to $1,600,000 (down from $3,300,000 in Q3, up from $1,213,000 in Q1, and slightly down from $1,650,000 in Q2) with a median price point of $614,975(up from $575,000 in Q3, $599,000 in Q2, and $525,685 in Q1). Since Q1, median home prices increased in Stanwood, WA by 17%.
Camano Island, WA home sales ranged from $235,000 (down from $240,000 in Q3, up from $180,000 in Q2 and $220,000 in Q1) to $2,048,000 (down from $2,630,000 in Q3, down from $2,510,000 in Q2, and up from $1,400,000 in Q1) with a median price of $620,000 (slightly down from $625,000 in Q3 and $639,950 in Q3, up from $527,000 in Q1). Since Q1, median home prices on Camano Island have increased by 17%.
