This year, the entire northwest market experienced depreciation, a total of -2.6%. Median prices were $585,800 at the beginning of the year, dropping to $565,000 in July, staying steady at $565,000 until September, and finally ending the year at $570,000.

Camano Island started with a median price of $610,000, hitting a low in June of $591,400, and ending at $605,000, a depreciation of -3.2% by the end of 2023.

Stanwood’s median price point started in January at $630,000, with a lull in September at $610,000, ending at $630,000, an overall stagnant year end.
