2024 Q2 Market Insider: Stanwood & Camano Island, WA

Happy almost 4th of July! This year is flying by! We are officially halfway done with it!

Wrapping up the second quarter of 2024, data shows we are seeing more sales and higher median prices in both Stanwood & Camano Island than year over year (2023 Q2) and this season compared to last (2024 Q1).

In Q2 2024, Stanwood, Wa home sales ranged from $190,000 to $1,600,000 with a median price of $697,475, up from $675,000 in Q1 2024. Camano Island, WA sales ranged from $150,000 to $2,275,000 with a median of $702,500, up from $687,500 in Q1 2024.

As expected, the seasonal increase has resulted in increased sales in Stanwood, and Camano Island. Stanwood, WA residential sales are up from 79 to 97, and Camano Island sales are up from 33 to 89 compared to Q1 2024.
