2024 Year-in-Review Market Insider: Stanwood & Camano Island, WA

This year, the real estate market continued to showcase its resilience with moderate appreciation and stabilization across key areas. The entire northwest market experienced a modest appreciation of +2.3%, with median prices starting at $570,000, peaking in July at $590,000, and ending the year at $583,000.

Camano Island began the year with a median price of $605,000, reached a peak in August at $620,000, and finished strong at $615,000, marking an overall appreciation of +1.7% for 2024.

Stanwood’s market remained steady throughout the year, starting in January at $630,000, dipping slightly to $625,000 in October, but rebounding to $640,000 by year-end, an overall appreciation of +1.6%.
