Kenzie Kipper is deeply honored to once again be recognized by the community in the 2025 Best of Stanwood-Camano readers’ poll, earning a spot in the Top 3 for Local Real Estate Offices. The results were published in the June 25 edition of the Stanwood Camano News.
This year’s placement is part of a continued pattern of community support over the years:

- Winner – Best Real Estate Agent, Camano Island 2016, awarded through the Camano Island Chamber of Commerce’s Business People of the Year awards
“I’m so grateful for the support and trust this community continues to show,” says Kenzie. “This recognition means a lot, especially because it comes from neighbors and clients I’ve had the privilege of working with and getting to know.”
Beyond her work in real estate, Kenzie has a strong track record of community involvement, contributing in meaningful ways:
- Helping organize local litter cleanups
- Maintaining a referral directory to connect neighbors with trusted local businesses
- Collecting essentials for individuals facing housing insecurity
- Supporting small businesses, local schools, and nonprofit efforts
Kenzie’s approach has always been people-first, whether that’s guiding someone through a home purchase or sale, or showing up for a community project.
