In the second quarter of 2016, there were a total of 121 residential sales in Stanwood, WA and 131 total sales in Camano Island, WA. Stanwood, WA home sales ranged from $80,000 to $2,000,000, with a median price point of $343,475. Camano Island, WA home sales ranged from $55,000 to $1,175,000 with a median price of $324,995.

2016 Q2 Market Insider Report — Stanwood’s home sales are up 31% since last quarter with a median price increase of 13%! Camano had an increase in sales of 47%, and although median prices are down slightly, average prices for bedroom categories are up significantly: Prices increased 30% for 2 bedrooms, 28% for 3 bedrooms, and 25% for 4 bedrooms, up an average of 26%!!
