Celebrating 20 Years of Real Estate Service: A Grateful Reflection

This year marks a special milestone—20 years of full-time service in real estate. For Kenzie Kipper, becoming a trusted real estate professional has never been about numbers or sales volume. It’s been about people, relationships, and the incredible privilege of guiding clients through one of the most meaningful chapters of their lives: buying or selling a home.

Over the past two decades, Kenzie has had the opportunity to walk alongside first-time homebuyers taking that exciting leap, growing families searching for more space, retirees looking to downsize, and individuals navigating life changes with grace. Through each journey, the focus has remained steady: listen, guide, and serve with care.

In addition to years of hands-on experience, Kenzie holds a Managing Broker license and several specialized designations that reflect a commitment to ongoing growth and education, including:

  • ABR – Accredited Buyer’s Representative
  • SRES – Seniors Real Estate Specialist
  • PME – Property Marketing Expert
  • CFS – Certified Foreclosure Specialist

These credentials support her ability to serve a wide range of clients with knowledge, strategy, and compassion, But what stands out most is the heart behind the work.

“Real estate is unlike any other job,” she says. “You’re not just handling a transaction. You’re being trusted with a huge life moment. And that’s something I’ve never taken lightly.”

Through changing markets, new technologies, and evolving client needs, one thing has remained constant: the joy of connection. The relationships built along the way—with clients, colleagues, and community—are the true blessings of this 20-year journey. Many clients have become lifelong friends, and every experience has left its mark.

Looking ahead, Kenzie is as passionate as ever about helping people find their way home. Whether it’s a first purchase, a final move, or anything in between, she remains honored to be part of the process.

“Twenty years in, and I still love what I do,” she shares. “I’m just so grateful for the people, the stories, and the trust placed in me over the years.”

Here’s to the next chapter and the many more stories still to be written.
